Testimonials

USAA values its long-standing relationship with the MVC Community Advisory Council and its veteran friendly partner organizations. Not only has the council provided us the opportunity to interact with UTD’s student veteran population, but it has also provided a forum for sharing best practices and resources for veteran hiring and advocacy programs. I look forward to our continued participation on the council and support of UTD student veterans.

Albert Chapman, USAA
Motel 6 sponsor

Motel 6 has been a proud member of UTD’s Community Advisory Council. In addition to having the privilege of making contributions and offering investments to UTD, the council has put Motel 6 in direct contact with UTD’s student veteran population, as well as with other local organizations that share our commitment to serving veterans. That exposure has helped us better understand the needs of today’s veterans and allowed us to strengthen Operation Next Step, our program to help to transition military and their families.

John Bradley, G6 Hospitality

Being part of the MVC council has been a huge honor and an important part of my ongoing advocacy for our veterans. Participating has provided me an additional opportunity to network with other veteran supporters and help connect veterans to resources in our community.

Chris Hampton, UTD Alumnus

State Farm® has been well-served by its efforts to recruit those with military backgrounds, and our relationship with the MVC Community Advisory Council and its veteran friendly partner organizations has been an integral part of those efforts. We are grateful to our veterans for their service and the opportunity to support UTD student veterans and their families.

Sandra Kane, State Farm
